TWSBI ECO Fountain Pen - Pink Lemonade Bronze Trim

I purchased a TWSBI fountain pen from Yoseka that hard starts and is unusually scratchy. I own several of this exact same pen in different colors, all with the same nib, so I am very familiar with how these pens normally write. This one is simply not on par.

What has been especially frustrating is the return process. I have been corresponding with Yoseka for weeks, and each response has brought another request: What paper am I using? What ink? Send a video. Send photos. I have cooperated with every request, only to finally be told that I now need to contact TWSBI directly, send them all of the photos and videos I have already provided to Yoseka, and that TWSBI will likely require additional information as well.

So after weeks of back-and-forth with the retailer I actually purchased the pen from, I am now expected to start the process over with the manufacturer and provide even more documentation.

For a defective pen, this has been an unnecessarily lengthy and ultimately pointless process. I purchased the pen from Yoseka, and I expected the retailer to stand behind the product they sold me rather than put me through weeks of troubleshooting before passing the issue on to the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, I will not purchase from Yoseka again. I can just as easily buy directly from TWSBI and save myself this hassle if there is a problem.

Bring on the Pink Lemonade! This is such a unique combination of a milky pale pink matched with bronze trim. I inked it with Kobe Strawberry Chocolate which has the brownish undertones bringing out the bronze trim. Such a fun pen to finally have from TWSBI.

It’s a really beautiful pen but the extra fine nib skips a lot and is difficult to write.
